We print on a special film paper similar to what is used to make movie posters.
Since the film is primarily designed to be illuminated from behind, it can initially appear darker compared to the original when viewed without backlighting. This darkening is necessary to ensure the print appears brighter and lighter when illuminated. Without this adjustment, the print would appear washed out, excessively light, and unsuitable for backlighting. It’s essential to keep in mind that our prints are made exclusively for LED panels, the intention is to illuminate it from behind to achieve its final lifelike appearance.
We utilize films with a slight transparency to allow light to pass through and illuminate them. Unlike paper, these films are not opaque. As a result, the entire film and everything printed on it will have a degree of translucency to enable light transmission. It’s a common misconception to expect solid or “opaque” black where light cannot penetrate. However, due to the nature of our translucent white material, black ink is simply another color printed on the film, and it does not magically create an opaque area. As a result, the black areas will still allow some light to pass through, although not to the same extent as other parts of the print.
You can print any digital photos that are high resolution (300 dpi or higher) and in a compatible file format, such as JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.
We offer three main types of prints; two wall art and one table stand design. The wall art can either be a crystal acrylic or framed LED panel. All three designs are backlit.
We take 1-2 days to print, design panels and frame your prints. Shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose, which will range between 2-5 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot incorporate text into prints. Most of our customers prefer to add text using Photoshop or similar software prior to uploading their images. We suggest leaving a 1/8″ margin from the print’s edge to accommodate die cutting.
In case you are currently viewing your ‘Cart,’ you can remove the item by selecting the trash can icon. However, if you have already placed the order, kindly reach out to our customer service within 30 minutes, and we will try to cancel it for you depending on how far it has gone in the production line.
To ensure a high-quality print, your photo should have a specific pixel count. If your image falls below our minimum requirement, our team will inform you. However, if you still choose to proceed due to the unique or irreplaceable nature of the captured moments, we will proceed with the design, but the resulting print may not be of the highest quality.
