Please note that we cannot be held responsible for poor image quality resulting from insufficient resolution or improper exposure. Adjustments for digital files are limited. Additionally, we recommend reviewing your images to ensure all customizable features, such as image selection, size, orientation/cropping, and design options, meet your preferences before placing the order. Please be aware that if you modify a product after receiving it, we cannot provide free reprinting or a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund. Returns for reasons other than our error may be subject to a 50% return fee, if deemed applicable after we receive the prints. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded in the event of our error, but we cannot refund return shipping charges. Please allow up to ten days for processing your refund after we receive your return.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date or upon receiving the designs. To facilitate the process, please include the online order number and provide a detailed description of the issue.
If you have received a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped but have not received it within the specified timeframe for the chosen shipping method, please reach out to our customer service. For Economy shipping, we require a waiting period of 20 business days before considering a reprint for a “lost” order. For Standard shipping, this waiting period is 15 business days. Remakes of “lost” orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each order you submit undergoes color correction by our experienced technicians, using monitors calibrated to our printers. We have implemented various quality control measures to standardize this process at FlaiPixels. While we have received highly positive feedback from customers over the years regarding our color process, it’s important to note that color correction involves a human element and can vary between different technicians. We cannot guarantee exact color matching from one order to another due to this inherent variation.
